The school operates a cashless office and provides parents with the ability to pay for school items online.  This means you can pay whenever it’s convenient for you. 

For the ordering and payment of school meals we use SchoolGrid and for all other payments we use Arbor

We use Arbor as our management information system (MIS) and we also utilise it for: 

  • Communications
  • Payments
  • Wraparound care
  • Managing trips and clubs
  • Parent consultations

Getting started - Log into the Parent Portal and the Parent App

SchoolGrid:

All Parents/Carers must create an account for their child. You will receive a welcome email from SchoolGrid with login details and account information

 

If you already have a SchoolGrid account as you have a child/children at Oak View you will receive an email to advise that a new child has been added and they will show when you log in.
